RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returned Goods:
- For an item to be returned or exchanged, it must be unused and in original condition.
- Non-stock items, customer private label products, and customized specials are final sales, therefore they are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
- How to Start a Return/ Exchange:
- All returns and exchanges require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that must be completed within 30 business days of receiving the product. Please contact us to start the Return/Exchange process.
- A minimum 15% restock fee may apply.
- Shipping & Mis-Shipments:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping cost when returning or exchanging an item (including warranty claims), unless the return is the result of our error.
- The customer must let us know if there are damaged products or mis-shipments within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- For lost or damaged shipments, please notify your local FedEx or UPS office immediately. Advise us so that we can reship your tools and/or place a claim. Please keep the damaged tools and containers until informed to dispose.
